FinTech industry trade body Innovate Finance has appointed a new Chair.
In Brief:
Louise Smith will take on the role from 9 July 2021.
Smith currently works as Chief Digital Officer at Lloyd’s.
She is also the FinTech envoy for Scotland.
What does this mean?
Louise joins the board at a time of transition for Innovate Finance. CEO Charlotte Crosswell departed at the beginning of this month to be replaced by previous COO Janine Hirt.
