Global Processing Services CEO Joanne Dewar has moved into the role of Vice Chair as the payments business appoints a new CEO.

Kevin Schultz has been appointed CEO.
He has previously Fiserv’s Group President of Digital Banking and has also worked at Visa.
Schultz will focus on strategy and execution wile Dewar will look after the group’s growth and global profile.
What does this mean?
Schultz says that the company has been going through a “transformational period” and aims to support the business as it continues to “deliver market leading technology and provide our customers with ever more innovative payments solutions”.
