Global Shares sold by Motive Partners to JPMorgan

Clonakilty, Ireland based Global Shares has been sold by Motive Partners.

In Brief: 

- Global Shares is a FinTech providing stock plan management software. 

- It will become part of JP Morgan’s growing wealth management solutions business. 

- Motive Partners has entered into an agreement alongside other shareholders for JP Morgan to acquire the company from Motive Capital Fund 1 – subject to approvals. 

What does this mean? 

Global Shares has grown to nearly $200bn assets under administration and over 600 corporate clients. Motive Partners played a hands on role in supporting the growth of the business and now JP Morgan will help accelerate its growth, offering JP Morgan clients incentivisation capabilities for their clients and employees.
