Glint gears up for first-ever dual UK/US crowdfunding campaign

The gold trading and investment app Glint looks to tap into gold interstate's on both sides of the Atlantic.  

In Brief:

In the UK, crowdfunding platform, Seedrs will host the campaign while the Republic platform will do the same in the US.

The FinTech is hoping to raise £2m across the two platforms.

The minimum investment is just £17 for investors across 62 countries including the UK and across the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) and $10,000 for accredited investors in the US through Republic.  

What does this mean?

In the uncertain economic times, Glint's customer base has grown by more than 40 per cent in the last six months to nearly 79,000 users.Glint has raised more than £20m and has processed more than £150m in transactions since its launch in 2016.
