Amazon Payment Services, a payments arm of ecommerce giant Amazon, has launched a new FinTech lab.

Amazon Payment Services is a payment processing service based in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
The Amazon Fintech Lab is part of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Innovation Hub.
It will be used to encourage “discussions” on digital payments and the future of FinTech.
What does this mean?
Amazon will reportedly be offering a range of support as part of the hub, including mentorship, roundtables, workshops and research. The lab is expected to bring “like minded entrepreneurs and startups together with new and existing partners”.
