Airwallex has raised $200mn in its Series E funding round.
In Brief:
The round was oversubscribed and led by Lone Pine Capital.
It also included G Squared, Vetamer Capital, 1835i Ventures, DST Global, Salesforce Ventures and Sequoia Capital China.
This follows closely from the company’s Series D raise in March.
What does this mean?
The investment will support Airwallex’s global expansion and support product development initiatives.
