Role Purpose

We're looking for a detail-oriented Finance Operations Associate with a passion for providing excellent service to join our team. Initially reporting to the Head of Finance, you will primarily be responsible for the administration of existing and new processes, however you will also play a key role in identifying process optimisations and automation and will work closely with the management team to implement these changes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaise with the Sales and Customer Success teams in the onboarding and offboarding of clients.
  • Administration of platform transactions including account loads, requests for account redemptions and oversight of chargeback requests.
  • Responsible for supporting client requests including balance queries and dispute investigations; transaction queries and investigations; and managing blocked/lost cards.
  • Develop and maintain the card stock management program, liaising with the various teams across the business to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained to meet forecasted card sales.
  • Prepare daily and weekly operational KPI reporting for the various departments and the executive team.
  • Performing standard account reconciliations and reporting for the finance team.
  • Oversight of the client account balance monitoring and resolution.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of accurate and timely customer and product data.
  • Prepare monthly client invoices and validate supplier invoices.
  • Provide operational support to other functions including Finance, Business Development, Compliance and Implementation teams.
  • Develop and document scalable business operations processes and controls driving efficiencies within the Operations department.
  • Ad hoc, project-based management reporting.


Our Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of financial operations experience.
  • Advance Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Desire to work in a very high growth business.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and across functions.
  • Drive, motivation and excellent attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (oral & written) – French and other languages are a definite plus!
