Paymentology has a  team of highly experienced staff who are looking to recruit experienced professionals in their respective fields to help develop and execute the necessary sales and support framework.  This is a key role within the team and is a great opportunity for someone who can work closely with the senior management team and other operating divisions.

The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for presales and technical requirement gathering. You will work closely with the commercial teams providing support where needed and interfacing with the technical delivery function.  This role would suit someone who has worked in a technical capacity before who is looking to develop their commercial client facing skillset.  They will have a sound knowledge of payments, primarily in Issuing systems. You will be answering RFPs, so industry experience is a key requirement. 

Job Summary:

  • Co-ordination and support of sales activity, including collaborating on preparation of pricing proposals
  • Responding to RFPs and management of the RFP document library
  • Attend conferences to promote the company and its products
  • Maintains presales marketing and sales materials
  • Support of the Sales CRM system and its updates for sales forecasting
  • To create and maintain a demo system for prospects
  • Facilitating and accurately documenting client workshops, both pre-sales and
    for technology integration, and communicating with product development regarding client requirements and industry trends

 

Job Requirements 

  • 5 years relevant sales / sales support experience
  • Ideally comes from a technical background in payments/financial services. 
  • Knowledge of Issuing, Debit, Credit and Prepaid
  • Knowledgeable in all MS tools
  • Strong customer service skills, ability to converse with prospect and customers at detail technical level if required
  • Works well in an environment with firm deadlines; results oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust schedules to meet deadlines 
  • Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills
