nCino plans to raise $182mn in IPO  

Cloud-based software business nCino launches its IPO on Tuesday.  

In Brief:  

  • It is offering 7.6mn shares priced at $22-24.  

  • If all goes to plan the business could be worth $2bn.  

  • nCino empowers financial institutions like banks and credit unions to operate more digitally.  

 
What does this mean?  

From 2018-19, nCino raised a total of $130mn. Its investors include Salesforce Ventures. More than 1,100 FIs globally use nCino’s services, including OakNorth, YBS and Santander.
