iBanFirst raises €21mn  

Belgian FinTech iBanFirst has raised €21mn in its Series C round.  

In Brief:  

  • The round was led by Elaia and Bpifrance Large Venture.  

  • IBanFirst offers international payments solutions for businesses.  

  • It operates across Belgium, France, Germany and the Netherlands.  

What does this mean? 

The capital will be used to expand its financial services platform, which is aimed at SMEs. Investors said the service will be important throughout the Covid-19 crisis and beyond.
