Capdesk raises £3mn

London-based equity management platform Capdesk has raised £3mn funding.

In Brief:

  • This was the business’ Series A round.  

  • The round was led by Fuel Ventures.

  • The FinTech was founded in 2015 and has around 1000 customers.

What does this mean?

The funding will be used to launch a new feature allowing employees of private companies to convert shares into cash.
