Europe’s largest merchant services provider, Paymentsense, is expanding its office space in the UK.
Paymentsense provides merchant services and card payments for more than 70,000 businesses across the UK and Ireland.
The FinTech has annual sales worth over £10bn.
With offices in London, Hull, Dublin and Belfast, its new Bristol contact centre will open in March.
What does this mean?
Paymentsense is growing rapidly but wants to retain its ‘personality’ and human touch – as such, more customer service staff at a contact centre will be vital in staying connected with clients.
