Greensill to create over 200 jobs in North West

British FinTech Greensill will create 227 jobs in the North West of England in 2020.

In Brief:

  • The company’s existing technology hub is based in Warrington.

  • Many of the new staff will work across technology roles like data science and software engineering.

  • The company already added 130 jobs in 2019.

What does this mean?

Greensill is focusing on the technology, and more importantly on getting and retaining the right technology talent. As such it is making sure its Daresbury site is modern and attractive to potential workers. The company has highlighted the UK as a FinTech hub and in particular the specialist talent available in the North West.
