OakNorth appoints two senior hires as it boosts lending

SME lending FinTech OakNorth has added to its senior leadership team.

In Brief:

  • The new additions come ahead of its full launch in the US.

  • Tiffany Teng joins from JPMorgan Chase as Chief of Staff.

  • Jeremy Payne joins from Bloomberg as Director of Product and Data Services.

What does this mean?

Both new additions will focus on platform licensing, since the challenger bank is not only looking to expand its services, but to sell its technology to other banks.
