Irish insurance software company FINEOS is set to float on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) this week.
This will mark the largest listing in the country this year.
The firm is set to raise $211mn which will also make it the biggest overseas tech offering on the ASX.
FINEOS provides global life, accident and health insurers with core software solutions.
What does this mean?
The Irish company’s long-term vision is to be the industry leader in software solutions for life, accident and health insurers – its next step is to increase R&D capabilities, which will be enabled by fresh IPO capital.
