About the role

Growth is the lifeblood of any startup and as a Growth Marketing Manager, you live and breathe customer acquisition and engagement. Your goal as a Growth Marketing Manager is to find ways to get traffic to the website and engage users to the app by focussing on finding the best marketing channel and executing on the most effective marketing methods.

What you will spend your time on:

  • Own Quirk's social media channels, newsletter, marketing campaigns, ads, offline campaigns, outreach, community building, press and PR, SEO, while maintaining the data and analytics to know which channels convert the best and the levels of growth across the board.
  • Lead paid marketing campaigns based on user cohorts that are driven by data.
  • Identify new and innovative ways to drive traffic to our website/app/product, tracking and monitoring the impact and cost-efficiency of those growth channels.
  • Set up and measure incentivised referral programs to attract customers.
  • Grow the Quirk community online and encourage participation, feedback, and discussion from users.
  • Ensuring the customer journeys across all acquisition channels are on-brand.
  • Managing Quirk’s presence and voice across all social channels
  • Work with the Chief of Product to drive growth through the app experience and new features.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing and a previous role in a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment would be beneficial
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience of Paid Social and Paid Search advertising tools (Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics)
  • You’re a data-obsessed problem solver who lives and breathes analytics, metrics and statistical analysis.
  • Have a start-up mindset; you’re a scrappy self-starter with a focus on iteration and pragmatism
  • Out of the box mindset -- break the mould of traditional performance marketing
  • You're resourceful and self-driven. No problem is unsolvable and you can create and manage your own workload.
  • You'll be joining a small, dynamic team. We want a real team player, who is flexible to support things that are outside of their role.
  • Passionate about amazing customer experiences.
  • Be comfortable with cold calls, speaking with customers and potential clients.
  • Be comfortable with speaking, featuring in video content and hosting virtual events.
