Job Scope

This role is a great opportunity for a recruitment consultant who wants to make the move in house and join an innovative organisation who have exciting growth planned.

In this role you will be responsible for developing the recruitment strategy and managing the recruitment process from start to finish and ensuring we are getting the right people into the right roles.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Working with the department heads and identifying recruitment needs
  • Ensuring the job profiles are current and relevant to the roles being recruited
  • Identifying the best methods of advertising to attract candidates
  • Coordinating the Interview process
  • Creating offer letters
  • Pre-employment checks
  • Ensuring our candidates have the best ‘candidate journey’ as possible


Person Specification

  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
  • Ability to follow processes & company procedures
  • Excellent communication & listening skills
  • Ability to take a problem-solving approach to getting the right people through the door
  • Computer literate


Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate must have current previous recruitment experience and be confident in taking ownership of the entire recruitment process from start to finish with the ability to build strong relationships.


Specific requirements for the role

  • Able to work 37.5hrs per week
  • As we are regulated by the FCA we are unable to take applications from anyone with a history of bankruptcy, IVAs or CCJs
